i am tring to put new rotors on this car and cant seem to fig out hot to get the old ons off is the hub infront pressed in or what? please help been at it for a week now thanks

hey guys i'm jason, I was just wondering if you could give me any good ideas for some modifications or accessories i could add to my 00 hyundai tiburon for less that $250 Please let me know if you have any suggestions.   Jason
