We are going to have a baby in one month. We live on a hill and get snow in winters, so we decided to buy a Sienna AWD. Somone in our town is selling a Sienna. Please comment what you think about his asking price and how much I should pay for a car like this. We looked at the car. It's in good condition and all maintainance is done by the dealer. The following is his ad: ---------------------------------------- We are moving to London for about 2 years and are looking to quickly sell our (almost) new 2008 Toyota Sienna XLE Ltd (AWD). This is the top of the line Sienna, all-wheel drive, light blue, leather interior with 12,000 miles. The mini van is FULLY LOADED and comes with power sliding doors/hatch, stability control, 7 passenger seating, navigation system, rear camera, AM/FM stereo, multi-compact disc, DVD, JBL premium sound, cruise control, parking sensors, ABS (4-wheel), traction control, tilt wheel, power doors/windows/locks/seats, AC, rear air, running boards, dual front air bags, front & rear side air bags, moon roof, roof rack, privacy glass, rear side window shades and alloy wheels. MSRP was $40,804. WILL SELL FOR $29,500. Mint condition.

Replying to: vicki8 (May 10, 2009 7:36 am) That's about 82% of the new car value and IMHO priced very fairly. You usually lose about 10% the minute you drive off the lot and then another 10% every year/12k miles. That price is right on target. Check the run-flat tires, they are expensive and that may be why the original owner is selling. |
