I'm trying to compare the 2500 and 3500. I don't see the optiion for adding a locking rear differential on the 3500. Does this come standard, do I not want one? I'm planning to plow some steep hills with whichever truck I get...any words of wisdom would be appreciated.

I have a 2006 duramax with allison. At 62-64 mph your hear a lound grinding noise
coming from the rear of the vehicle. I have change to carrier bearing and the u-joints
it is not a wheel bearing. I need help.
Same noise all the time and at the same speed. noise does not change and speed does not change
