I was hauling a horse trailer weighing about 13,500 up a grade and the tansmission warning came on that it was overheating & the motor light came on & said the same thing. It was about 95 degrees out & I had the air on. I was NOT in tow haul. Could that have been the problem? Next week I need to haul it about 400 miles & am concerned. Had it at the mechanic & couldn't find anything. It is a 2005 year 3500 allison & duramax with about 100,000 miles. Please help - I am a woman and know nothing about this stuff & don't want to break down on a major highway with 3 horses. |
