I have stored my cadi over the winter because I don't have winter rims/tires for it and now it will not start. The battery has been tested and shows that it is fine but there is no lights or anything when I try to turn them on. I stored it last winter as well and it started right up this time it will not. Does anyone know what might be the problem?
