Replying to: KarenS (May 05, 2009 10:04 am) None for me. I have another Chrysler dealer who I did some warranty work while my purchasing dealer still had the Chrysler (and Jeep) contract. Very frustrating when your purchasing dealer says something is "normal" and another can fix it right up. Now that my purchasing dealer does not have a Chrysler (and Jeep) contract, I go to that other one and have been getting great service, they even fixed a problem I was not aware of. I think it'll all depend upon the dealer. I figure giving me great service in the service dept is the best way to ensure I'll give them a shot at buying my next car.

Replying to: KarenS (May 05, 2009 10:04 am) My 2007 DGC has never seen the inside of a dealer's service department. All it's needed so far has been front brake pads and consumables (oil changes, wiper blades, etc), all which I have done myself. I bought a lot of items for the Caravan last spring, including oil and other filters, transmission gaskets, brakes pads, rotors, struts, shocks - whatever else I could think I might need in the next 5 years or so based my experience with our '94 Caravan.
