Although the government has guaranteed Chrysler's warranties, does that ensure that key parts will be available? And what about dealerships shutting down their maintenance shops or closing altogether? If you've had recent problems getting parts and/or service for your Chrysler vehicle, tell us about it here.

Replying to: KarenS (May 05, 2009 10:04 am) Now that my purchasing dealer does not have a Chrysler (and Jeep) contract, I go to that other one and have been getting great service, they even fixed a problem I was not aware of. I think it'll all depend upon the dealer. I figure giving me great service in the service dept is the best way to ensure I'll give them a shot at buying my next car. |
