Misfire Repair Problem Solved by waterggoo

There are many things that could cause a misfire, after checking the basic tune up items and you still have a problem continue reading.
The cam sensor has nothing to do with drivability or misfire it is used only to send misfire info to the PCM. I may be wrong but you may have a weak or broken valve spring. They are about $10.00 each or a set for about $65.00. A bent push rod or the ends of the push rod could have chips or be worn. The cam lobe(s) could also be worn.

Thanks for the info, but get this. Apparently they just don't make parts like they use too. After considerable thinking, he came up with the idea that it must be the new distributor he put on, so he took the new one off and traded it back for a better one and it took care of the problem. Now the Blazer runs like new(it ought too, I have all new parts in it..lol..) Thanks again for the suggestions...
