Hi,
I am new to this forum. I looked up some instructions online to change the cabin air filter and was surprised to see that there was no filter at all in it. I was stunned! I took it to the dealer and they tell me that they have no idea whether this model comes with a cabin air filter. What a joke! Can anyone confirm whether 2006 ODYSSEY LX does not come with a cabin air filter? Thanks.

Thank you so much for clearing it for me. My dealer service had no clue to this. Cabin filters usually don't cost much. Honda could have easily put one inside. I was totally annoyed when I didn't see the the filter. I have to think twice about buying Honda vehicles. My 2002 Acura's transmission failed recently.

Hi bigdadi118,
Just read your post. In Dec las year (2009) I went to my dealership in San Antonio and asked them to change teh cabin filter in my Odyssey 2006 LX because the A12 message on the van computer told me to do so. Now can you confirm that the Odyssey 2006 LX does not have any cabin filter.. I wonder: did they take me for a ride (they charged me 40$ for the part and 19$ labor) How could an Honda dealer charge me for something that does not exist?
I
Thanks,
