My 2002 Forester has been making a humming noise in the driver side front end. Sounds like it's coming from tire. Get's louder when I accelerate. I've had the tie rod changed, the tires rotated and balanced and still have the noise. Any ideas.

My best guess is wheel bearing.

Subaru covered it under warranty, so I don't konw. Mazda charged us a couple hundred or so on our old 626, IIRC.
