With room to spare. I moved a queen and a 2-piece King (no box spring) on different occasions. You have a flat floor that is 53" x 96".
A full size bed is about 54" x 75", but you can lean it against a wall diagonally and get much more than 52".
Here are other bed sizes for reference, from wiki:
Twin or Single 39" × 75"
Twin or Single - Extra Long 39" x 80"
Three Quarter 48" x 75"
Double 54" × 75"
Double or Full - Extra Long 54" x 80"
Queen 60" × 80"
California Queen 60" x 84"
Olympic Queen 66" x 80"
King 76" × 80
California King 72" x 84"
Super King 99" x 80"
