The A/C on my 2005 T&C will start cold and then blows hot, then cold again and will continue this cycle for some time. Dealer shop check the freon and for leaks and said it was OK, but the problem didn't exhibit itself while in service. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Did you ever find the answer to your problem? I have been having the same problem, but have found the times it actually acts up, it's generally 20 plus minutes after starting, the pressures are way off in the a/c system on mine, but it's an internal problem with the air compressor, I am taking it back in soon, it's gotten so bad that it accumulates enough moisture in the evaporator that causes the liquid to freeze and thaw, freeze and thaw until it plugs the drain hole in the bottom and fills the surround around the fan motor with water enough that it stops the fan from turning, I notice that with the headlamps on I see the lights dim each time the compressor turns on then brighten when it goes off, I also notice that when the compressor turns on it actually slows and speeds up and then slows the van again and again. I'm taking the van back to service again, this time insisting that someone go with me immediately to hear and feel the problem.
Hope this helps.
