I have a 1995 Jeep Cherokee Its a retired police K-9 unit. I just purchased it and getting it ready for New York State inspection. The horn will not blow? Fuse 6 and 9 are open on the fuse block located on the right side of the dash near the passenger side door. The cover is missing on the fuse block area so I am unable to determine what fuse goes to what in the electrical system. And where are the Horns Located? I have looked all over under the hood are they located in the bumper?
