Replying to: jrpoole (Apr 04, 2009 11:57 am) Investigate the minimum amount of time you have to have the loan, and the minimum amount of the loan.   I bought a new car in 2004, that I got 1K off if I financed with them. Financed the minimum allowed, and paid off the loan in 90 days which was the minimum time I had to keep it to qualify for the loan. Paid a couple months of finance charges which was minimum, 1K was taken off the price of the vehicle.....great deal.   Dealer and salesman happy as well, they both get credit for the sale and the financing. My daughter 'walked' through graduation last Saturday, but won't get a diploma (she has to student teach this fall) until December. Anybody know how/if we can get the rebate now (or in December)?
