97 Jimmy front drive shaft alignment problem by jfidel

I have 1997 gmc jimmy that we just replaced the transmission in. The transmission was used from a junk yard.

We successfully installed the new transmission and all other parts. Upon installation we found that the front drive shaft is rubbing on crossmember. It also appears that the transfer case is hanging a bit low when we look at it.
We have double checked everything so far and have also replaced the engine mounts and the transmission mount. The transmission mount did help a bit but it is still rubbing and hanging a bit low.

Anyone have any ideas of what to do next? We are completely out of options at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
