I have a 1999 G. Prix GT w/ dual zone temp control. The drivers side blows warm air, while the pass. side blows cold. Guessing something not working properly w/ vent flaps ?? Anyone having this problem and fixes ? thanks jkolachnycap.rr.com

Had the same problem and replaced the blend door motor for the driver's side. Do you have the automatic climate control head or manual?

If you have the cj2 (automatic) then you can enter a diagnostic mode by holding down both temp knobs and turning the vehicle to run. You will see a diagnostic pointer come up with 00 when it enters diag mode. Use the passenger temp knob and turn it one click to review the DTCs (cycle every 2s if there is more than one), and verify that there are no DTCs. If you see a 105 or 05, that's a problem with the driver's blend door.
