I can't believe there is no roof rack option available for this line of vehicles. Had I known this I would not have purchased this vehicle. I see roof racks on VW Beetles, but none is available for Ford's large sedan? Makes no sense. Has anyone found a solution? I am not opposed to a permanent track install, like one offered by Yakima, but would like to hear from others that this has been done successfully. Thanks Todd N. Replying to: tsneidn (Mar 27, 2009 11:25 am) I have a 1998 Ford Taurus sedan and recently purchased a kayak. I have been searchinf for a roof rack but ones that fit the Taurus sadan cost more than the kayak! It's really frustrating!
