99 Grand Prix stalling - Code P0171 & P0300 by tinkerer

I have a GP with 3.8L SFI. It was stalling and setting codes 171 & 300 (Bank 1 lean and multiple misfires) I changed the plugs as they were in pretty bad shape, also changed the air & fuel filter as they were due. No longer getting misfire code, but still setting 171. I cleaned the MAF with BrakeKleen and reinstalled, same issue. When I unplug the MAF, it will run but stalls as soon as I plug it back in. Want to be sure it is the MAF before I spend the cash as the car belongs to a cash strapped high school student. Any way to confirm that the MAF is bad? Thanks

Forgot to mention, the car starts and runs OK when it is cold, as soon as it warms up, it will die unless I unplug the MAF
