Here are some questions I am hoping to get answers for on my concerns about plugin cars. I've used the electric plugin carts and find them ok but as gfar as cars go - How much will the Plugin car cost the homeowner on their electric bill? Will the power grid be able to handle the extra load of many plugin cars? What will the cost to the homeowner be for a power circuit (110-220??)in the garage to be able to plug the car into and what would the range or effective ability be of an electric car in the winter/colder climates? Last but not least if a plugin car is taken to its furthest range how does one recharge it and doesn't waiting 8 hours while it charges up to proceed on the trip or back to home be a deal breaker for the plugin electric? So far nowhere have I been able to find anyone willing to answer these questions.
