I just took my 2003 LS in for routine service, no problems when I took it in, but when I left, there was a thump noise when I shut the door. I took it back, and service man found a small piece that broke off the recirculation door where it attaches to the actuator arm. What could have caused this problem? I was quoted a price of $1,500 to repair which I don't have. What problems can I expect to have if I don't have it repaired?
