pumps,fuse,multi switch and button on dash for rear washer have all tested ok.
I would like to know if there is a relay for this or do I have another problem. Thanks

I had this same problem on my 99 caravan. I removed the washer tank (accessed by removing the plastic wheel well liner on the front right wheel well) and cleaned out the "gunk" that had accumulated over the years and was cloging the pump screens. Once cleaned, the washer pumps work fine.
