Driving it it has the same Mercedes spirit of my 1972 280SE. It is a matter of opinion. I am highly satisfied with my purchase. the current market conditions have helped me get a good deal on it too. Replying to: jelmass (Sep 18, 2009 11:00 am) I was offered 10 K off on a 2009 E class. Did not bite. Now I am very seriously looking at the 2010. More & better technology and safety, better styling (inside and out) and better MSRP pricing compared to 2009. Much improved over the last generation. Seems that MB is giving this to a lot of organizations to "move the iron" as they used to say. Problem is finding a luxury model to test drive and then get one. Very few dealers order luxury models. Replying to: carolinabob (Sep 30, 2009 5:01 am) Wondering if you've picked up the 2010 E? I'm actually thinking about driving the 2010 V8 Genesis because my 2009 E350 is just ho-hum. I should have looked at the E550. From shopping for the Mercedes, I'm now getting all the junk advertisement email from Mercedes dealers about weekly specials, etc. I'm surprised that I'm seeing advertised prices for everyone coming in lower than USAA pricing.
