We were hoping someone could tell us where the computer module was and where the code was listed on it. Replying to: carolmf (Mar 15, 2009 4:11 pm) I don't think the code is written on the computer module. Instead, it's stored IN it. In other words, the dealer has to hook up a computer to it in order to read the code.

Replying to: carolmf (Mar 15, 2009 4:11 pm) The computer module is located under the steering wheel. The code is on the back of the fuse box thing. I retrieved my code by taking a mirror and flashlight and looking behind the fuse box ...The code is on a white siemens sticker. It is kinda behind the front left corner. It is hard to get to but I got to it in about 10-20 minutes. I laid on my back under the steering wheel. Put the little mirror behind the black box that has pull on it. used the flashlight to shine towards the mirror. Kept moving it around till I found it. Had my daughter write the number down then figured out what it was because in the mirror its backwards. You could also try to take a picture with a small digital camera but, that didn't work for me....good luck.
