I just replaced a couple fuel injectors. One of them cracked inside which caused fuel to spew out of the exhaust manifold. Fixed that. For a while there was some white smoke, but it lasted about 10 minutes before going away. A little gas did leak to the muffler. After all that I noticed some sweating cables in front of the muffler that I had never noticed before. Does anyone know why they are sweating fluid or what those cables are? It sweats quite a bit, I'd just like some more information. It didn't have a smell and it was cool to the touch. I don't know if the other background information helped, but just threw it out there. I have a 1996 2.2 5 sp. manual. Thanks! |
