No greaseable front sway bar bushings?

I can't seem to find any 1" bushings for the front sway bar that are greasable. Has anyone found such a thing? The 1" greasable Energy Suspension bushings have brackets that are too wide. I've found 1" bushings with smaller brackets that would fit, but they are not the greasable type. I have an '00 Trooper. What am I missing? Should I try to bend the larger brackets in to place?
