I have been told that I have a defective bearing in my differential and that diagnostic work will have to be done and sent to California electronically for determination of the proper corrective action. When I let up on the accelerator there is a whinning noise that continues until it gets to 15 or 20mph. Today, will be the third time that I have taken in while they figure out what needs to be done. I must leave it while they communicate with the West coast. I guess this is a technical center of excellence. Can anyone give me info. about the problem resolution process and whether the differential problem is atypical? Thanks poppy 09
