I have a 2001 and the air condittioning went out 2 summers ago. Now the blower (fan) only works on level 4 (level 5 has never worked, and now 1-3 dont) and the heat only is hot when vehicle is moving. So when stopped at a red light the heat is cold. So now I have onlyheat on level 4 when car is moving. Anyone know what this is, and how much it will cost to repair? The car is paid off and has 82000 miles on it, I was hoping to keep it a couple more years unil I am out of school. But if its going to cost much more than 1000 to fix, I think I may look into purchasing a new car.
