Replying to: zombieman (Feb 10, 2009 10:29 am) We did look at the Volvo XC90 but had to eliminate it from our list. I was very disappointed when we looked at the XC90 and I realized rather quickly that it was not the vehicle for us. I was SO hoping that it would be "the one". The one big reason it was not the one was due to the size of the vehicle. The third seat in the Volvo is only meant for children. There is no way my in-laws would be able to get into it. I am 5'7" and I could not even sit directly facing forward. I had to turn to the side to fit my legs in. We don't need the third row on a daily basis but it does still need to be useable. Thank you for the suggestion though. I would definitely have to say the Volvo that I have know has the most comfortable seats of any vehicle I've ever had.
