Radio stays on when car is off and windshield wipers do not work consistently. The only way to turn off the radio is to disconnect the power from the battery. Windsheild wipers will eventually work after about 1/2 hour of operation. Also the door ajar sound constantly stays on until the car is started. Also to note when the car is in drive or reverse the radio will not work. Only when the car is turned off. Any ideas what could be going on here. 2000 expedition
