If I connect a phone with navigation software to the Murano's bluetooth, will I be able to hear audio commands on the speakers? What about seeing the map on the screen? Can I enter a destination from the screen and keep my phone in my pocket the whole time?

Replying to: BertFiddy (Jan 30, 2009 4:46 pm) It would all depend on the bluetooth capabilities of the phone/Mo. Most phone/auto bluetooth connections barely offer you access to your contacts/phone book let alone transmit Nav data etc. My wife's 09 LE doesn't have nav but it does have the tech package. On a navi version can you actually use the screen to enter phone numbers etc with your phone paired? My vehicle (non-Nissan) does have nav/touchscreen and bluetooth - and the touchscreen adds no functionality to anything connected via bluetooth other than video of the connection status etc.. Anyway, as mentioned, we don't have the Nav version yet use bluetooth - but my educated guess has me thinking the answer to your question is no. Cheers |
