Hi veebee66. Here is the information that you're looking for. Jaguar's current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2009 FX Luxury with 10,000 miles per year are .00155 and 61%, respectively.

Wow! That is a pretty decent lease program for a Jag...
Wonder how big of a discount you can get from MSRP?

I am currently looking at a lease in NJ. XF Luxury Premium. I am 800 dollars a month incl tax for 15k. He told me that the moeny factor is .0155 but said thru US Bank the residual is 41%. Is this correct? Above it says 61%.. Big difference.

Take my advice man, DO NOT LEASE THROUGH US BANK!!! I save $8 a month on a 350z lease with them and it was the WORST experience I every had. Once they tack on more fees, secondly if you every sell the car or trade it in early it's a nightmare dealing with the lease department in New Jersey. That office is full of incompetent morons. They fumble my payoff check for over 7 weeks and then had the nerve to report a late payment to the credit bureau. After many, many, many frustrating conversation I was able to have the negative information removed. I'm not even going to mention how long it took to get a simple pay off quote. When you see US BANK. RUN!

You're very welcome, veebee66. Yeah, I was surprised that Jag's lease program was this decent as well. The XF is a pretty nice car. I had an opportunity to drive one around the track and it performed admirably. Plus, you don't see a ton of them on the roads. It's nice to be different.
