the weather has been 20 below zero this week, so when i turn on the ignition the temperature control panel doesn't turn on. I have to let the truck run for 15 minutes before the power turns on. But the temperature controls are reset, when it does turn on. ( temperature and fan are on low settings). All the other controls seem to be working fine.

I have a 2007 Tahoe that has the same issue. I have let my Tahoe warm up for 45 minutes and still nothing. The only way I can get heat if the temperature is under 15 degrees is the drive my truck for an hour or so. Not so great having small children.
I took it to the dealership and they stated it was just because my controls were electronic and it was so cold outside. This morning I drove for an hour in 0 degree temps before my heat turned on. Can someone please help!!!
