My son has a 03 Vibe. We've noticed a fluttering noise like a gyro slowing winding down. With the ignition key in the ON position, car not running you can hear this fluttering noise, after starting the car it continues but with a more consistent faster sound like the revolutions are increasing since the generator is now powering it rather than just the battery. Anyone have an idea of what is causing the sound, like a valve turning, also the fan is turned off, so it is not the fan heater fan making the noise. Thanks Tim
