Ok, so my friend has a 01 Cabrio GLX. The past few days the car has been overheating, the coolent isn't low, no leaks of any kind. The only problem I can see is that the radiator fans aren't turning on at all. Anyone have any ideas or experienced this same problem. Tring to keep this repair as cheap and simple as possible

I am having the same exact problem with my 02 Cabrio. I still drive it, thank goodness the constant air flow from driving keeps the engine cool, but if i begin to drive any slower than 35 mph for a period of time or sit in stop and go traffic, it slowly starts to heat up. Eventually, a whirring-rattling noise kicks in, which im assuming is a fan. does anyone have any advice????
