Today I got a picture of an icicle hanging from the sun roof (inside the vehicle). Honestly I realize now it doesn't have to be a touchless wash. It comes in with hardly any water pressure. I actually spent 5 minutes inside the vehicle at the dealers car wash WITH the service tech. Water came in, got on the seats, etc. Again I was told "this is normal" I checked the recalls. To get your problem fixed go to another dealer, then take your service issue with the first dealer to the better business bureau. That needs to be on record with them so others can be forewarned. Sorry to hear about your troubles.

That is an unacceptable answer.

To get your problem fixed go to another dealer, then take your service issue with the first dealer to the better business bureau. That needs to be on record with them so others can be forewarned.
