#1 of 2 Tachometer bounce when shift down by sunray0620

When I lower the speed, the tachometer needle bounce when shift down. The dealer did not find any problem. Is that normal? Does anyone have the same problem? Thanks (2008 CRV LX)

When you downshift, the engine is being pushed to higher RPM and the tachometer reflects that.
