Yesterday my kia started smoking form the tail pipe and shaking the check engine light came on and that was the last thing it did. The smoke smelled like burning rubbber and it was shaking so bad i thought it would blow! I took it to my mechanic te next day after it shut off a like ten times and drove 10mph to park it. I put antifreeze to cool it off in the and it kept on bubbling it still shook and shut off and smoked. Someone told me it was the head gasket and someone else suggest i change the engine.

..indeed the signs you describe are relevant of a blown head gasket. Bubbling...is from the radiator cap I suppose..? What happened before all of this happened...suddenly ? Generally, a head gasket leak develops slowly....and the signs show off progressively.
