I have a 02 burb 2500 leaking oil. had the oil changed today the tech said he thinks it is coming from the oil pressure sending unit. Where is it and what is it? what is required to fix ths problem and can i do it my self?????

Replying to: tenmore (Jan 07, 2009 6:05 pm) I guess as an analogy, you could think of a room full of people wanting to get out, and a big guy bouncer on the outside of the door holding the front door shut. He can tell by holding the door, that there is either one person pushing on the door (low pressure), or 10 people pushing on the door to get out (high pressure). If he gets weak and lets go of the door and the door opens, then the people come out (and the oil is able to leak out). |
