Hey guys, new here, thought id say hi and ask a couple questions that i hope you have the answers for. I just purchased a 2005 GMC Sierra Nevada Ed. with a 4.8L 4WD   I've been trying to research what the Nevada Ed. entails but cannot find it anywhere. Just wondering any help would be greatly appreciated.

by the way.. I live in Canada and the truck was shipped from Quebec. The words that prompt in the odometer display in the dash are in french... does anyone know how to change it to english?
