hi... my mazda3 will not blow out heat or air (or anything at all...) unless i'm driving at a high rate of speed (like on the interstate). any ideas as to what would cause this? we've already replaced the blower motor & that didn't work. the fuses look fine. we're stumped as to what it could be... ps - when this first started, there was a slight rattling noise coming from the dash.

Do you actually hear the fan working? It could be that there is a blockage somewhere or the airflow is directed to a wrong place - try to take out the cabin air filter maybe and see if it changes things?
