Just to let people know, you can indeed get a 09 Cobalt XFE model in the 1LT package that does include power windows, locks, keyless entry, upgraded cloth, and optional cruise control. In the recent article written on my Mark, it is incorrectly stated that you can only get the XFE in the base model.
