Replying to: larsb (Dec 30, 2008 7:36 am) I do agree that excessive speeding does cause accidents but simply having the police do their jobs resolves this. All you have to do is have a few officers drive on the highway during rush hour. It's amazing how people remember to use their turn signal; move out of the left lane; slow down, etc. |
