GMC Envoy lights dim when I use anything power

I have a 2004 envoy xuv and i have noticed that when i use the power windows my volts gauge goes down slightly and my dash lights as well as my headlights dim a little. i tested the battery and i replaced it and then i tested the alternator and it is putting out 14.45 volts. what else can it be? please help! Replying to: robbiejames (Dec 14, 2008 3:55 pm) Unfortunatly the issue is present on all these vehicles. Many new customers have reported flicker, flash or even off issues. GM has a "confidential internal" bulletin for this issue. Just make sure cables and battery connections are clean and tight, if alt and battery check out ok issue was built in and no fix is available.
