i have a 99 chevy xtreme and im throwing a P0105 code Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit Malfunction whats that mean and how do i fix it?????

got a question about how much to sell my car for.its a 2001 cavalier 2door with a 3.8Lsupercharged V6,RKSport Type J urathane body kit 18 inch RTK Speed rims,2-12inch rockford stage2 subs,1200whatt sony classD mono amp.no miles on the motor.emaculate condition inside and out.any help would be nice.
