I`ve had numoerous problems since 1 month after i bought car.mostly computer type glitches witch saturn tech finally came in to dealer took car for a week and found no problems. I have had about 13 rental car for about 26days. I1ve only owned car for 8months.now I had a water leak coming out of dome lite near front windshield and down the pass. side door. service said they cleaned the drains and water tested ok now.after hours they fianally saw the door leak and adjusted door.last week it leaked again only at door i brought it down to dealer to show leak which was saw by the service advisor. make appt for this week.to it in yesterday they call me today an said they can`t dupicate leak.they told me if we can`t dupicate leak we can`t fix.I am so fustrated with this car .do i have any case for lemon law?I have 11,000 mi.

Check with your State Attorney Generals office/web site to find more specific details. If you apply to the SAGO you may not be elegable for the dealer exchange that is often offered to avoid the law suit. \Check with the dealership manager, the Saturn District/Regional manager before filing with the SAGO for a Lemon Law Replacement action. |
