lemko, if everyone in china treats buick like you treat the imports, your beloved buick brand would've join olds years ago. And GM would have lost the only place in the world where they are making inroad in sales.

indicates I might have been too conservitive in my prediction that car sales would fall another 10 percent in 2009. They are saying it will be at least 13 percent.

If sales stay down in 09, I'm going to predict Ford finds a foreign partner so it doesn't have to take US Govt money and jeopardize its Ford family stock position.
