Hi, are you referring to the casset head? If you remove the head you have to realign it, do you have that kind of equipment? If not take it in to someone that does. I used to be in electronics but never messed with the heads. I would take the whole unit in to someone.

Hey, I'm talking about the shared cd player / cassette/ radio unit.
I'm going to be removing then replacing so i'm not too worried about lining it all back up afterwards. Just need the steps on how to remove the dash around it so I can get to it. thanks

The first post in this thread really says it all. Remove the air vents above and the asytray below to access the mounting bolts for the unit.
