Sometimes just working with them over time will set up scenarios more to your circumstances. Sometimes just the fact that you have come around or called (more than once) will either put you in the category of PITA looker/tire kicker or what I suspect you are, serious buyer. Just let em know what problems you are trying to solve and you might just be surprised when they actually offer good to great solutions. You can always so no. etc. Just as people brush off salesman, dealerships, etc., turn around is indeed fair play. I have been surprised on two occasions (actual cars bought) , that absolutely the best deals were the closest (location) oem dealers !!!! |

| Just got a 09 corolla LE auto and only option is stupid floor mat. The OTD is $15500. I have to find all weather floor mat and trunk tray/cargo liner for it. I had a chance to get better deal, but I did not catch it. | |
In Houston, Texas, bought '09 Corolla LE with: cruise, keyless, tint, floor mats, mud guards, bumper protector, alloy wheels for $16,000 even (rebate included) + TTL + 50 doc fee. OTD is $17,230 with 6.25% sales tax. Do not intent to get the best deal or lowest price but want to know where I stand? Thanks.

| Purchased this model today in Phoenix area for $15,500 with following options: AW, CF, CK, CL, EM, FE, KE, LE and VS/VSC. TTL + doc fee ($399) made OTD price $17,468.65. I really wanted the electronic stability control option which was paired with the 16" alloy wheels. The whole transaction was done through internet research, emails, and one telephone call. | |

Replying to: rahil (Feb 07, 2009 9:20 pm) From reading the rest of the entries on this thread, it doesn't seem like I'm getting that great of a deal. I would think they'd be pricing the 2009s lower by now, since the 2010s are coming out in a few weeks and Toyota's MSRP is supposedly going to be the same on the 2010s as for the 2009s. Anyone have any opinions on this? |

Looks like Toyota is coming into an inventory crunch, anybody get below $15,000 OTD. I know Toyota is offering $1,500 cash back on 09 Corollas.
