Statistics seem to show that you are better off in a heavier vehicle when in a collision. I'll take safety over mileage every time. Also, the Edge stops from 60-0 mph in 123 feet!!! I'll take that too! Everyone is arguing minor details while completely forgetting about the safety of their families and friends.

I rented a 09 Ford Edge this past week. I really wanted to love the car but I only liked it. It took me a while to adjust the steering wheel so I was comfortable. When I was comfortable the steering wheel blocked part of the speedometer. Any reason why Ford did not center the speed gauage like in most other vehicles.
