Cargo cover question by blaiseshimmer

Hello - While I am in the process of purchasing my 'new' used 2004 XFire, I also am in the process of searching for a cargo cover. I plan to use the car as my daily driver, and believe that a cargo cover will help keep my car looking neat as well as keep nosy people away.
However, whenever I do a search, all I find are a few dealerships with NO cargo covers in stock, or a nice brochure for the 2006 that shows it as an option. The local Chrysler dealership is no help, as they never bothered to stock the XFire (I live in southernmost TX where a sedan is considered to be a 'small' car.
Can anyone help with links to dealers that still might have one, or an aftermarket shop that could also carry them?

Thanks

Has anyone with a Crossfire upgraded the exhaust system or muffler to a Magnaflow muffler or some other brand? What were the results in increased power and exhaust noise level both inside and outside the car? Mine is not a SRT 6.

If you go to the chrysler crossfire web site you can find the cargo cover. The part number for it is 8220889. It is only offered in black. See if a dealer can order one for you now that you have their mopar part number. Good luck!

Good luck finding a cargo cover. I understand there are none left at dealers in the U.S.
